男子狂薅车企羊毛：网购870个虚拟号窃电超40万元_我的网站

A |     Islamabad, Oct 12 (UNI) A leading Pakistani newspaper on Wednesday called for an investigation into persisting allegations that "a foreign conspiracy" brought down the government of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
"Confusion and obfuscation have become a predominant feature of our national politics," the Dawn said in an editorial.
It referred to President Arif Alvi reportedly changing his stance after asserting earlier that he was not convinced a "foreign conspiracy" indeed toppled cricketer-turned-politician's PTI government.
The Dawn said it cannot disagree with the President’s contention that “a thorough investigation” was needed into the allegation.
"It would help clear the murkiness that still surrounds the issue despite two NSC meetings discounting the existence of such a scheme," it said.
The PTI has continued to relentlessly push the theory, even after the leak of two audio clips in which some of its top leaders, including Khan, appear to be discussing how to “play” with the contents of the cipher.
It said that if a probe was conducted by a committee acceptable to all, it will help lower political temperatures in the country.
UNI MR。    8月25日消息，据上海电视台“看看新闻Knews”报道，一新能源车企推出“先充后付”的便民功能，然而被不法分子盯上。    男子勾结新能源车主，批量使用虚拟手机号注册子账号恶意套取免费充电服务，短短不到一个月，造成企业直接经济损失超40万元！     据案情披露，涉事车企APP支持车主账号绑定多名共同用车人，也就是子账号，平台规则允许每个子账号可享受两次先充电、后结算的权益，账单将下发至对应子账号，不会牵连主账号。    嫌疑人梁某与新能源车主张某，在顺风车交流群相识，二人发现这一规则漏洞后，策划实施非法牟利。

B |     梁某在网络平台买来870多个虚拟手机号，每天给张某800元好处费，让他就干一件事——不停绑定子账号、充两次、立刻解绑，之后梁某把这些“免费充电位”挂到网上，专卖大货车司机，每单80~120元。

C |     梁某交代，一辆重卡大车充满需要约600度电，耗时3小时，因为从他这里买电便宜，所以还有不少固定客户。    从4月作案开始，该团伙反复更换大量虚假子账号持续充电，企业后台风控排查发现账号数据异常，5月20日正式向公安机关报案。    办案人员很快将梁某、张某抓捕归案，经查，该手段累计窃电造成损失超过40万元，梁某会向张某支付每日报酬，以此维持合作关系。

D |     浦东新区检察院认定，二人虽然实施的是窃电行为，但行为已构成诈骗罪，日前浦东新区人民检察院对梁某、张某批准逮捕。    在讯问中，梁某和张某都表示愿意积极退赔，梁某还表示，其妻子已经将自家房子挂牌出售，愿意用卖房款赔偿被害车企全部损失。
